ORDERS

How do I place an order? +

Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order? +

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Will I receive an order confirmation? +

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

SHIPPING

How long does processing take? +

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping? +

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below that amount.

Do you ship internationally? +

We currently ship within the US. International shipping is coming soon, stay tuned!

DELIVERY

How long will delivery take? +

Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier website.

What if my package is delayed? +

Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier volume. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days, please reach out and we will look into it right away.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange? +

Visit our Returns page and follow the steps to submit your request. Once approved, you will receive instructions to send your item back.

What if I received the wrong item? +

We are so sorry. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right quickly and with care.

Do you restock sold-out items? +

Some styles are restocked seasonally. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be the first to know.

How do I know what size to order? +

Check our size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or staying true to size for a compression feel.

Is the fabric squat-proof and not see-through? +

Absolutely. All Ser Legado pieces are tested for opacity and designed to hold their shape through your toughest workouts.

How should I care for my pieces? +

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach to preserve the performance fabric.
