Thank you for shopping with Ser Legado. Every order is packed with care, and we do our best to get your pieces to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
During launches, new drops, restocks, or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location.
Estimated delivery times are usually:
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days, if available
Delivery times are only estimates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues may affect the final delivery date.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Rates may vary depending on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be listed on our website or shown at checkout when available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
If your tracking has not updated right away, that usually means the carrier has received the label but has not scanned the package yet.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Ser Legado is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ser Legado is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking:
- Your mailbox
- Front porch or side doors
- Apartment office or mailroom
- Neighbors or household members
- The shipping carrier directly
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives, so we recommend allowing 24 hours before filing a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging, if applicable
- A short description of the issue
We will review your request and do our best to make it right.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for the cost to reship the order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
