At Ser Legado, we want you to feel confident, comfortable, and proud in every piece you purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit the way you expected or something may not work out. Please review our return and exchange policy below before starting a request.
Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
The 14-day window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Requests made after this time frame may not be accepted.
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or odors
- Free of damage caused after delivery
- In original packaging, when applicable
- With original tags attached, when applicable
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that show signs of wear or use may not be accepted.
Ser Legado reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, depending on product availability.
Because Ser Legado pieces may be limited in quantity, we cannot guarantee that your desired size or color will be available by the time your exchange is processed.
If the item you want is no longer available, we may offer another available option, store credit, or a refund if eligible.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the size or color you would like instead.
Returns
Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.
Store Credit
In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
Store credit may be provided for approved returns, exchange alternatives, or situations where the original item is no longer available.
Store credit can be used toward a future purchase on our website.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during special promotions, if stated
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Please review product details, sizing, and order information carefully before purchasing final sale items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package every order, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the issue or defect
- A photo of the packaging, if applicable
- A short description of what happened
Once we review your request, we will work with you to find the best possible solution. This may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Claims reported after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
Wrong Size Ordered
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within the 14-day window as long as the item is eligible and the size you need is available.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the wrong item was sent by Ser Legado.
We recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order. If you are between sizes, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return. Ser Legado is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
